Dear Colleagues, Friends and Family
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians are affected by mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be overwhelming, crippling and isolating. One in five Australians are affected by mental illness each year.
That’s close to 5 million people, yet there is still so much we need to know about why it happens and how we can stop it.
Therefore I’m taking part in 2018 Bowral Classic. I am hoping to raise money and awareness for Black Dog Institute.
My challenge during the 2018 Bowral Classic (signed up for the Maxi Classic – 175Km) is only small in comparison to those who suffer with mental illness.
In support of my efforts, I would welcome any contribution, great or small that you could make.
